Velocity of sound in the relic photon sea
نویسنده
چکیده
We determine the velocity of sound in the blackbody gas of photons and in the gas of relic photons. Derivation is based on the thermodynamic theory of the photon gas and the Einstein relation between energy and mass. The spectral form for the n-dimensional blackbody is derived. The 1D, 2D and 3D blackbody radiation is specified. It is mentioned the possibility of creation of the Mach cone in case that the high energy cosmical particles moves with the speed greater than the velocity of sound in cosmical relic photon sea.

Ultra- Relativistic Solitons with Opposing Behaviors in Photon Gas Plasma
We have studied the formation of relativistic solitary waves due to nonlinearinteraction of strong electromagnetic wave with the plasma wave. Here, our plasma isrelativistic both in temperature and in streaming speed. A set of equations consisting ofscalar and vector potentials together with a third order equation for the enthalpy inphoton gas plasma is obtained analytic...
متن کاملInfluence of Aging Temperature on Mechanical Properties and Sound Velocity in Maraging Steel M350
In the present work, the influence of aging temperature on mechanical properties and sound velocity of Maraging steel M350 was investigated. For this purpose, first, samples were solution annealed at 825◦C for 2 hours and then age hardened at 510◦C-600◦C for 3 hours. Hardness, tensile and impact tests were used for determining mechanical properties and longitudinal ultrasonic velocity was used ...

Background and Objectives: Influence of water mass on sound propagation in the Gulf of Aden underwater acoustics used for communication, navigation and identification of objects by both humans and marine mammals and for investigating the detrimental effects of anthropogenic activities (e.g. pile driving, seismic survey and ships) on marine animals. The Gulf of Aden presents a unique ecosystem t...
متن کاملReal-time acoustic tomography system and the experience of Caspian current sea monitoring
The Acoustic Tomography (AT) systems are used to monitor long-term and continuous flow in rivers, seas and oceans. One of the disadvantages of existing systems in Iran is the inability of real-time/automated measurements. In this study, by adding a raspberry Pi computer to the system and performing the required programming, it was possible to do online monitoring. The data are transferred to th...
